F.L.SISTEM was founded in 1991 as a company which bases itself around ("First Level Support") in the implementation, installation, and maintenance of banking application solutions from leading worldwide software providers. Our activities include sales support and organized training for our partners" products. Omikron Hungary, a subsidiary of the Cologne-based Omikron Systemhaus GmbH, was founded in 1998. The company develops and distributes banking applications primarily related to the various payment systems (Giro, VIBER, STEP2, SWIFT).
In Hungary, approximately 80% of the banks have been using one or more of Omikron"s banking applications. In addition to the domestic market, the company also develops applications for banks in the neighbouring countries (Romania, Croatia, Bulgaria, Serbia, etc.) and provides group level services to leading bank groups in Europe.

Alliance Factors is Business, Service and Education Partner of SWIFT for Russia and other CIS countries. BFK Ltd was founded in 1998 as a specialized company to provide installation, support and consulting services for both new and existing SWIFT users. Since 2002 BFK has provided shared connection services (as Service Bureau) to SWIFT users in Russia, CIS, Mongolia, and Cyprus.
Currently, BFK customer base includes more than 250 SWIFT users.
